DELIVERY DETAILS

Stock items if ordered on their own are dispatched within 3 working days. If ordered with ‘made to order’ items, they will be dispatched together once the entire order is complete.

‘Made to order’ items are dispatched within 10-14 working days.

We use Royal Mail Signed For 1st class for deliveries. Alternatively, you may be able to collect from various national events during the year.

Depending on the size and weight of your purchase our postage rates for the UK are as follows:

  • Large Letter Size, up to 750g £4.80
  • Small parcel, up to 2kg £4.89
  • Medium parcel, up to 2kg £6.49

REFUNDS & RETURNS

The purchase of tickets to attend our events are non-refundable.

Please note that your consumer rights within the first 14 days of buying online are not affected. You have the right to cancel your ticket purchase for a full refund, less payment processing fees, from when you place an order until 14 days after purchase. Please note that weekends and public holidays are included within this 14 day period.

Cancellation outside this period is not possible but you may resell your ticket on to an eligible lady, please ensure you email us on nww@ladiescirclesales.co.uk to update your booking.

If paying for tickets by instalments the full booking price is payable without any reduction or offset once the stated event Payment Deadline is reached.

For all other items sold on our website our standard returns policy is 30 days from purchase.​ Sale items are non-refundable.

Personalised items are excluded from this policy. For all other items if they are unused, in original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we will offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. For further information on how to return items to us please contact us via shop@ladiescirclesales.co.uk

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved refunds will be either issued to your original payment card, or paid direct to your bank account, usually within 3-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds; if you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 working days, first check your credit card or bank account again. For credit card returns, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, please contact your card provider for more details. For bank returns there is often some processing time before a refund is posted, please contact your bank for more information.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@ladiescirclesales.co.uk for more details.
